About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at blithequark, you will play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services

  • Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Provide exceptional client service experiences
  • Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients
  • Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language)

  • Experience in the language/translation industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
