Remote Independent Contractor: CRM Data Hygiene Specialist (Real Estate Focus Preferred) Contract Position Remote United States Only

Compensation

Range: 20 to 30 dollars per hour equivalent (all work is fixed price per project)

About Us

We are launching a new CRM System Cleanup service that supports real estate professionals through accurate, reliable, and organized databases. This is a project-based independent contractor role focused strictly on data cleanup and data hygiene. No automation or workflow building is included. We are building a small, trusted pool of specialists who want steady project opportunities without the need to find their own clients. How Our Partnership Model Works We work with a flexible contractor partnership model that benefits both sides. ✔ We bring the clients. ✔ You bring the cleanup expertise. ✔ You will be part of an approved pool of CRM Cleanup Specialists. ✔ For each new project we send you the CRM name, contact count, and general condition. ✔ You may accept, decline, or submit your fixed-price quote. ✔ You control your workload and can take on as many or as few projects as you choose. ✔ High performing specialists receive first access to new projects. This structure lets you earn consistently while still working independently. Scope of Work (Cleanup Only) This role focuses on accurate data hygiene only. Tasks include:

  • Deduplicating contacts
  • Correcting basic data fields such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses
  • Standardizing fields to a clean, consistent format
  • Removing or flagging invalid or incomplete records
  • Basic contact enrichment when obvious and easily verifiable
  • Exporting and importing data safely when needed

You will not be asked to perform any automation or system changes. Work That Is Not Included To avoid liability and maintain a clear, low-risk service model, the following tasks are not part of this role:

  • No automation, workflow building, journeys, triggers, or rules
  • No segmentation for marketing or campaigns
  • No compliance consulting
  • No email or text marketing work
  • No CRM architectural changes or optimization projects

This work is simple, clean, and structured and focuses entirely on the accuracy of the data. Required Skills and Experience

  • One year or more of hands-on CRM experience
  • Experience cleaning CRM data or managing databases
  • Strong understanding of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to follow cleanup rules and quality standards
  • Reliable communication and strong attention to detail

Experience with real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, Chime, or Real Geeks is a plus but not required. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, and Pipedrive experience is also welcome.

Compensation

Details

  • Contractors earn the equivalent of 20 to 30 dollars per hour
  • All work is fixed price per project
  • You quote your fee after reviewing the project information
  • Payments are issued by contract upon completion
