Your Mission

As an Experienced International Customer Support Representative, your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service to our global clientele. What You Should Bring with You

* Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • English communication skills, including reading and writing, as our primary language of communication
  • Spanish and French language skills are a plus, as we cater to a global customer base
  • The ability to handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills, to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work independently, while escalating issues when necessary
  • Accurate record-keeping skills, to maintain accurate records in our CRM system
