Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Outfitter, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries across all channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues related to orders, returns, billing, shipping, and product concerns. You'll also be empowered to think beyond standard processes, providing proactive and empathetic support in complex situations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries across all channels, resolving issues related to orders, returns, billing, shipping, and product concerns.
  • Converting service interactions into sales by recommending products, suggesting alternatives, and promoting gift card use.
  • Using advanced training, systems, and resources to provide efficient, personalized support, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Staying up to date on current promotions, procedures, and tools to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with customers.
  • Applying feedback and coaching to enhance performance and grow within the role.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

To succeed as a Customer Care Outfitter, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and expertise. Here are some of the key requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to type and operate multi-channel systems (phone, email, chat)
  • Must be able to read documents, reports, computer screens, and other written communication
  • Priority given to Active Duty Military Spouses and Family Members
