Your Role at blithequark
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in the healthcare industry)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- A clean and quiet workspace
