Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our customers while managing customer data accurately. You'll work closely with our customer service and technical support teams to ensure data integrity and aid in resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently. This role requires a blend of independence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
