What You Will Do: As a DevSecOps Engineer you will help guide Stryker's digital transformation across all business units. You will be part of the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern Continuous Integration and Deployment systems to build, test, deploy and secure containerized microservices in a fast-paced agile environment. We seek candidates who have proven skills in DevOps, software development, test automation, and system automation. Your key responsibilities: As a DevSecOps Engineer in our agile global team you will get the chance to develop, secure and operate cloud-native, complex medical software applications for a wide range of different applications, including data science, AI and robotics. Your main area of responsibility will be to participate in the conceptual design and development of highly secure and scalable cloud-native applications and services to holistically optimize business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible to develop and enhance our DevSecOps operations and help to perform in the entire software development life cycle of the DevSecOps tool chain. You will be working closely with local and international interface departments such as Operations, Systems Engineering, Quality and Testing, to launch new products that further improves patient care. Availability for on-call support on a rotational basis. What You Will Need: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, software engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, or other comparable fields. You have 6+ years of professional experience as software engineer in the field of cloud-based product development and provide strong programming skills either Python, C/C++, Swift,.NetCore, Go, or similar. You have experience with infrastructure provisioning in public cloud. Azure preferred. You have experience with configuration management, implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment and IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible or Chef, Artifactory, and GitLab. You have experience in deploying and orchestrating containers in production environments using cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, App Service, and related tools. You have experience in adapting DevOps tools and processes for different operating systems such as Apple OSX, iOS, Android, Windows, Linux. You have experience in debugging applications using monitoring and log analytics tools. You have strong communication skills and are a self-starter that can thrive in a distributed remote work environment.
