The key mission of the Content Marketing Manager role is to drive the creation and delivery of content marketing and communications to build the Linewize brand and support generation of revenue, attracting new customers and supporting existing customers. Here's how you'll do it:

• Collaborate on creation and execution of a high quality content calendar to attract new and support existing customers.
• Research and identify trending topics across the online safety and K-12 category.
• Create content that drives engagement and positions the business as thought leaders across a wide range of formats including long-form and short-form articles and papers, social media posts, blogs, videos etc.
• Monitor and optimize content performance against key metrics.
• Build a deep understanding of bolthires audience to craft content that serves a clear purpose for a specific audience.
• Collaborate with internal product, sales and support teams.
• Lead webinar creation including topic development, speaker collaboration, slide deck, etc.
• Support SEO strategy, performance, and ongoing optimization.
• Assist in/collaborate on development of demand gen campaign strategy including: Email marketing, Direct mail/ABM, & Ad content
• Build repertoire of sales enablement resources
• Provide secondary review support and copy editing for marketing team
• Represent the Linewize brand voice and tone throughout all content types
• Support social media presence, calendar, etc.
• Coordinate and support customer conversations to craft case studies
• Attend Linewize events/trade shows as needed
• Collaborate with freelance writers as needed What you will bring:
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Journalism (or similar)
• 3+ years experience developing and executing marketing and content strategy
• Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write engaging copy
• Previous experience developing and producing content to drive customer acquisition and product engagement
• Strong project management skills To be successful in this role you must:
