Responsibilities
As an Experienced Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and following up on carrier requests and notices, mail, and electronic signature forms to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Processing policy reviews, client change requests, and payments to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Starting quotes and pursuing sales opportunities if licensed to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency, with a strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and carriers.
