About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process customer transactions and maintain records

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or similar industry experience
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CSE
