Title: Remote Posting & Procurement Specialist I Pay Rate Range: $1800 - 19.29/hr Employment Type: Contract Estimated End Date: July 2026 Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Remote - candidates should reside near a designated Manheim location (Dallas, DFW/Euless, Nashville, or Chicago) Job Code: 1457770 Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Posting & Procurement Specialist I to support our client, a leading global automotive services organization. This is a full-time remote contract position with the possibility to extend or convert based on performance and business needs. As a Tekberry W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision. Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily centralized purchasing functions, including preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers and internal departments.
  • Respond to supplier and customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, changes, and cancellations.
  • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues such as shortages, late shipments, or incorrect orders.
  • Review requisition orders for accuracy, proper terminology, GL/purchasing category coding, and intended use.
  • Provide documentation for month-end accruals related to purchasing activities.
  • Serve as liaison with Shared Services Center to support invoice processing and procurement workflows.
  • Make local buying decisions during urgent or emergency situations.
  • Cross-train and support posting team responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing files, reports, and price lists; compare bids to determine best supplier selections.
  • Track requisitions, contracts, and purchase order status through completion.
  • Forward invoices to the appropriate accounts and verify supplier bills against bids and PO terms.
  • Submit invoices for payment and perform ledger coding.
  • Inspect shipments (as applicable) to verify accuracy and quality of received goods.
  • Support additional tasks, projects, and operational duties assigned by management.
  • Work overtime as required to meet business needs. Must-Have Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through; highly organized with effective communication skills.
  • Experience with AS400, Oracle, or basic accounting processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of parts, supplies ordering, supplier relations, or auction operations a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to process changes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; must have close, distance, and depth perception.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in accounts payable, procurement, purchasing coordination, or administrative operations.
  • Familiarity with automotive auction environments or supplier/vendor management.
  • Prior experience working with GL coding, purchase order lifecycle, or inventory/supply chain workflows. We need hard-working, reliable employees. Tekberry offers a $100 payment for referrals!
