Retail Operations Analyst - Remote USA (eligible states)

The Fixed Term Retail Operations Analyst will support operational analytics, such as setting monthly store and individual metric and promotional goals, reporting on incentive payouts, and recapping daily store results. This is a fixed term role ending 09/13/2024. • Provide analytical and reporting support to senior Retail leadership.
• Support ad hoc requests for metric results
• Support workforce analytics and scheduling reporting
• Analyze Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support Retail with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving, decision-making, and process-improvement skills.
• Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience analyzing data/tools/reports.
• Proficient in Excel and similar data analytics tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to understand the core operations of supply and demand channels.

Preferred Requirements:

• 4 Year College Degree required (Math, Finance, or Management Information Systems preferred).
• Experience working with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Suite, highly preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is $35.31 - $40.38. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
