Work from home Full-time role Hiring

The Company Peltier is a leader in modern cold chain solutions, pioneering the world's first scalable, solid-state cooling ecosystem. They are revolutionizing a $250 billion industry with their core product, the Peltier Tote™, a portable, tri-temperature unit designed for precision, compliance, and sustainability. Their mission is to strengthen the cold chain's weak links by providing IoT-connected, refrigerant-free technology that keeps products safe from fulfillment to the last mile. The Role We are seeking a visionary Lead IoT Software Engineer to guide the development of our next-generation IoT and enterprise software solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will be instrumental in evolving Peltier’s product from a read-only system to a fully dynamic, two-way communication and control platform. Key responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce high operational standards, including the creation and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee reliability and high availability of IoT services to customers, aligning with the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging IoT technologies and cloud advancements, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies that can enhance the company's IoT capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide developers in mastering new technologies and methodologies, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth within the team to build a robust in-house expertise in IoT solutions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement among the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and IoT integrations. Qualifications / Skillset
