Are you passionate about enabling Quality Operations to make Life Sciences organizations more productive and efficient?As a Quality Senior Consultant, you will support a group of customers assigned to you, think companies such as Merck, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, and many others. Your task will be to understand their business processes, provide guidance, discuss Vault changes, and apply all the required configurations. You will also actively collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, enhance our delivery model, and work closely with our product management team to communicate the customer's requirements and meet the evolving needs of the industry.To thrive in this role, you are likely to have the ability to adapt and learn new technology. You have been configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. You enjoy working with customers, speak fluent English, and have strong communication and presentation skills.This is a full-time role with Veeva. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in Hungary or Poland. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position.

What You'll Do

Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies, ranging from the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechGuide customers on how to enhance their quality and compliance culture through the use of Veeva Quality suite to drive risk analysis, quality metrics, continuous improvement, and audit/inspection readinessThink critically to help design the solution your customers request, as well as the solution they have not requested, but may need.Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teamsGuide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customerDrive change management methodology at our customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutionsAssist with Quality processes, including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and TrainingMentor team members and junior consultants.

Requirements

Significant experience in implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations-related technology solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Quality and compliance, quality management systems, document control, and global change managementProven track record leading implementation and/or maintenance tracks as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsorInfluential experience in leading teams through hard decisions and negotiating compromisesExperience in working in a Consulting and/or customer-facing role, and managing customer expectationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, comprehending and translating business requirements, and creating corresponding solution designsUniversity degree or equivalent relevant experience Nice to Have Understanding of global quality requirements, compliance considerations, and processes for Quality process and content management, life sciences compliance, and/or computer systems validationDirect experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, and other quality information management or content management systemsKnowledge of Software Validation processes and requirementsProject management experienceExecution experience with Agile methodology and/or ACP CertificationExperience in service delivery management and/or systems implementationProficiency in additional European language(s) Perks & Benefits Health & wellness programsPrivate medical insurance1% charitable giving programVeeva Break at the end of the year Additional Information #LI-RemoteVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.As an equal opportunity employer, Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse workforce.
