Partner Success Educator for Preschool and Elementary Education

Description Are you a passionate educator with a knack for building relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Preschool or Elementary School Teacher / Educator to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone with an education background and a sales mindset, who thrives on connecting with people and supporting their success. As a key part of our team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in the Tampa area, guiding them from onboarding through renewal. This is a remote role, but regular in-person visits to our partners in Tampa and the surrounding areas are required. Flexibility is key, as some evenings and weekends may be needed to provide the best support possible. • Competitive salary ((70,000 - )80,000) plus bonus and stock options

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners
• Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and concerns
• Conduct regular onsite check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
• Design and implement an engaging onboarding process for new partners
• Develop and execute partner success strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with partners
• Provide comprehensive training and resources to maximize partner success
• Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Generate reports on key partner success metrics
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive partner strategies
• Assist with customer support issues across the entire customer base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting
• Passion for early childhood education and advocacy
