The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Legal Intake and Calendar processes and enjoy teaching both owners, attorneys and admin team alike, the benefits of a consistent, documented procedure. Law firm experience is required while, being the person responsible for Intake and/or Calendar and having used Lawmatics & Clio is preferred. A growth mindset is important to succeed in this position as all of our best practice recommendations are built on these principles. This is a remote position with a fully remote team that relies heavily on Zoom for both our internal communications as well as meeting with our clients. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent meeting with law firm owners and their admin team via Zoom. You will need to be able to effectively document and track the work that you're doing through the use of time tracking in combination with project management tools. (No surprise, we use Clio internally as well as teaching it.) Specifically, our new Legal Intake & Calendar Process Consultant will be responsible for:

• General Duties
• Work directly with law firm owners and their key team members to
• Identify pain points and bottlenecks in current processes
• Develop new policies and systems and streamline processes
• Recommend software solutions to address issues and implement the improved processes
• Develop written and/or video procedural guides and train law firm teams on same
• Track law firms’ success post-implementation
• Provide ongoing support to subscription clients
• Act as lead team member and clients’ point of contact for implementation(s)
• Intake
• Lead the Intake Team to ensure the success of clients engaging SL for intake implementations
• Develop internal policies and processes to continually improve productivity and quick turn-around time while maintaining client satisfaction
• Run Intake Team meetings on a regular basis to address and resolve issues
• Act as main point of contact for Intake clients
• Train SL team members on an as-needed basis
• Work with law firm owners and key intake team members to
• Develop pipeline to optimize tracking of potential client matters
• Develop policies and procedures to reduce lead loss and increase conversion rates
• Review current engagement agreements and intake forms and design improved versions
• Identify marketing funnels and customize CRM software for tracking purposes

• Design and build assets, including automated engagement agreements, intake forms, email templates, and task workflows
• Develop written and/or video intake procedures and train clients’ intake teams on same
