THE ROLE Our Cyber Security Risk Manager will report directly to the Vice President of the Cyber Security GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) function, to ensure our Cyber Risk Management Program is successful for all our Business and Technology Partners. They will provide visibility, trend analysis, and oversight into all Cyber Risk factors that could impact our Business. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Lead a team of Cyber Security Analysts ensuring cohesion and a combined approach to Cyber Risk Assessments
  • Develop the Cyber Risk Program and Roadmap aligned with Business Objectives, to ensure continually meeting the
  • requirements and standards set by our Policy and Compliance obligations
  • Collaborate closely with all verticals within the Cyber Security organisational structure, as well as other internal Partners, to
  • understand operational and regulatory requirements, as well as risk tolerances
  • Provide expert advice on Cyber Risk Management to key stakeholders
  • Ensure SLAs are met and communicated
  • Deliver regular reports to the Senior Executive Team
  • Lead by example

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - REQUIRED

  • Experience in a lead role in Cyber Security Risk Management
  • Experience writing detailed Cyber Risk Reports and recommendations
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices and emerging risk factors
  • Experience delivering targeted reports to varying stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with Business and Technical Partners alike
  • An organized and methodical approach
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • You are able to anticipate, identify, and define problems
  • You are a proactive, results-driven and highly motivated individual, who shows a willingness to learn and improve your skills
  • You work cooperatively with colleagues, communicate clearly, accept and adapt to change

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - DESIRABLE

  • Up to date certifications such as CISM, CISSP
  • Familiarity with GRC tools and producing trend analysis across multiple Risk types
  • Familiarity with identifying a customized approach to implementing security controls
  • Work experience in a complex environment across many third parties and companies acquired through acquisition
