Responsibilities

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Generative AI Support Engineer to join our team supporting a cutting-edge Generative AI chatbot tool hosted in the Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Cloud services administration, Azure SQL, Python programming, data engineering with APIs, and MCP development and support. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and security of our AI chatbot platform while adhering to government compliance standards.

  • Azure Cloud Administration:
  • Manage and maintain Azure Cloud services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of the Generative AI chatbot platform.
  • Monitor and optimize Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
  • Implement and manage Azure security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance monitoring.
  • Generative AI Chatbot Administration Support
  • Service request administration support
  • Backend Chatbot tool administration support
  • Database Management:
  • Administer and optimize Azure SQL databases to support chatbot data storage and retrieval.
  • Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to enhance chatbot functionality.
  • Python Development:
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for chatbot workflows, data processing, and API integrations.
  • Debug and troubleshoot Python code to ensure seamless chatbot operations.
  • Data Engineering with APIs:
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to integrate APIs with the chatbot platform.
  • Ensure data integrity, transformation, and efficient flow between systems.
  • MCP development, administration, troubleshooting
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure the platform complies with government security standards and regulations.
  • Manage and safeguard sensitive data, including encryption and secure API communication.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with platform vendors
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and government stakeholders, to enhance chatbot capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for chatbot-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret or higher government clearance is required.
  • Proven experience with Azure Cloud services administration (Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure SQL database management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python programming for automation, data processing, and API integration.
  • Experience in data engineering with APIs, including MCP, RESTful API design and integration.
  • Experience with Generative AI tool features, LLM models and chatbot frameworks (Ask Sage, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service, Google, AWS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Candidate must pass a background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with government compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools ( Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools ( Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).

Compensation: At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The general salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $125,000.00; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
