Creative Director, Integrated Marketing [Remote]

FINN Partners' Integrated Marketing practice is searching for a Creative Director to join our quickly growing creative team and help it become a center of excellence within the agency. We work hard. • Strong creative mind.
• At least 10 years of industry experience in a well-established creative role with a proven track record of agency success.
• 4+ years in a creative leadership role.
• Degree in marketing, graphic design, copywriting or related field.
• Agency experience working across all channels.
• Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience.
• Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, all forms of brand, design, strong digital and social media work, with proven conceptual abilities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a client-facing role.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, writers, and creatives across a range of projects.
• Guide creative direction to ensure work aligns with client brand, goals, and target audiences.
• Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback that ensures clarity, cohesion, and brand accuracy.
• Collaborate with your account and project management partners to scope, plan, and effectively manage the accounts and projects. Plus, work to identify opportunities to grow client business.
• Build strong relationships with clients, clearly articulating creative vision and choices.
• Demonstrates professional maturity and sound judgment, communicating with tact, empathy, and clarity when working with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
• Contribute to the overall culture and vision of the agency.

• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
• Extensive experience working with B:B clients and audiences, such as financial services, insurance, or health industries.

Where will you work? Strong preference is for candidates based in the Portland, Oregon area (Pacific Time Zone). However, we will consider remote candidates in other US locations who can work West Coast hours. Anticipated Salary: $100k-$120k Compensation is based on experience and depending upon workplace location.
