Qualifications:

• Throughout three years of experience in retail operations and client interactions, the focus was on efficiently managing operational tasks and meeting the needs of customers with professionalism
• A year of experience overseeing a team
• Demonstrated excellence in assembling, organizing, and steering high-performance teams
• Enthusiasm for interacting with consumers and inspiring their involvement in the Nike Membership program
• One's digital literacy is exhibited through a strong inclination towards learning and quickly adapting to the evolving needs of technology
• Showing adaptability and openness to working a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the company's needs
• The position mandates that potential candidates have the physical capability to turn, curve, kneel, extend, scale a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without the necessary support.
• Aptitude for communicating concepts effectively in English
• Applicants are advised to have a high school diploma or GED, and having pursued higher education would be advantageous
