Experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity at blithequark

Our Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative will work closely with our Data Entry Manager to perform a variety of tasks, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to: + Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries + Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times + Clarifying orders as needed

• Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders and client inquiries
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of brand name and generic medications, as well as relevant pharmacy regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and best practices

Requirements:

* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License

• Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and guidelines
• Familiarity with frameworks and ECM knowledge
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT)
