Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients via phone and email, processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages, and accurately logging client interactions in our internal database. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication and issue resolution

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention, fostering a culture of loyalty and satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates, ensuring clear and concise communication
  • Process and respond to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Accurately log client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform additional duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities and situations
  • Experience in the service or legal industry is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on relationship building and retention
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant communication procedures and guidelines
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
