Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your role will require working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers
  • Work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Have the right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Competitive hourly rate: €15.50 per hour

  • Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
