Job Summary

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer service or related fields is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and navigation of digital tools, including CRM software and airline systems.
