As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, working independently with minimal supervision to address customer concerns, resolve outstanding issues, and renegotiate the terms of their agreements. Your goal will be to minimize churn by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of our customers' budgets and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work independently with minimal supervision to address customer concerns, resolve outstanding issues, and renegotiate the terms of their agreements

  • Use active listening and problem-solving skills to empathize with clients and minimize churn
  • Proactively encourage retention by contacting clients at various high propensity churn points in their life cycle to assure customer satisfaction and re-contract and extend customer relationships where appropriate
  • Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adhere to blithequark's Operating Principles and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the telecommunications or cable industry

  • Proven track record of success in customer retention and growth
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective retention strategies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
