Job Summary

As a Document Control/Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data. Your primary duties will include data entry, document control, and records management. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all records and data are accurately and efficiently processed.

Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Control and maintain documents, including scanning, indexing, and filing
  • Ensure that all records and data are accurately and efficiently processed
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or records management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Experience with document management software and systems a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Nice-to-haves

* Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Knowledge of records management principles and practices
  • Certification in records management or a related field
