Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our product listings. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining product information, taking high-quality photos, and writing detailed product descriptions. You will also work closely with our supervisors and coworkers to ensure that our quality service standards are met.
Responsibilities
* Become familiar with the products being listed, including their features, benefits, and specifications
- Take clear and high-quality photos of items, resizing images as needed to ensure optimal display on our website
- Write accurate and detailed product descriptions that meet our quality standards
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
* Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems, including experience with data entry and management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Being precise, thorough, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to operate a digital camera and take high-quality photos
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in an e-commerce environment or with online product listings
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of photography and image editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement

Schedule
We're looking for a full-time data entry specialist to work a day shift, Monday to Friday. The schedule is as follows:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
