Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strengthening customer relationships through personalized, close, and consistent communication to manage current and upcoming projects
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, and emails courteously and professionally
  • Processing sales orders, quotations, and sample requests using Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office365, and Salesforce CRM
  • Following up with customers regarding pending sales orders, quotations, or sample orders
  • Communicating with customers to answer any raised questions or inquiries
  • Handling and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner (with the help of internal team)
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate customer database
  • Communicating with internal departments to guarantee project deadlines are met
  • Guiding and educating customers on our leather collections and the different variety of colors
  • Proactive mindset when dealing with customer orders, quotations, and inquiries
  • Filing all documents as per the company system

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office365, and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience working in the aviation industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the leather industry and its applications in aviation
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
