The Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for both existing and potential customers, providing expert assistance and resolving queries related to our tech products and services. You'll use live chat to guide customers through troubleshooting steps, help them utilize our products effectively, and provide personalized support that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide expert technical support and resolve queries related to blithequark's tech products and services
  • Use live chat to guide customers through troubleshooting steps and help them utilize our products effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to ensure accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

* Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technical support tools
  • Experience in customer service or technical support (desired but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in live chat support or customer service

  • Familiarity with CRM software and technical support tools
