Job Summary

As a part-time work from home customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. You will work a reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours, and will be required to work 30-39 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
