Whether you are assisting guests with directions, providing resort information, or performing various housekeeping tasks, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Assisting guests with directions and resort information, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Performing various housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining public areas, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are exceptional

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have excellent communication skills, and be physically fit enough to perform the demands of this role. You must also be available to work on three full days, including one weekend day, and national/state holidays.
