As a Customer Service Representative I, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and higher education institutions. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative I. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, responding to customer questions, and providing exceptional customer service.
