Job Summary

As an experienced customer service representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You will work independently, managing your schedule and workload to meet the needs of our clients and their customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer care, resolving complex issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an independent contractor with blithequark, you will be paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $15 to $19 per hour, depending on your performance and client metrics. You will also have access to additional incentives and bonuses, based on your performance and client satisfaction. We offer a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you.

Important Information

* Technology and Equipment Requirements: You will need a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, a wired USB headset with microphone, high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed, and a valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.

  • Work Environment Requirements: You will need a quiet, uninterrupted space, with an organized desk area.
  • Residency Requirements: We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
