Job Summary
As an experienced customer service representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You will work independently, managing your schedule and workload to meet the needs of our clients and their customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer care, resolving complex issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you will be paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $15 to $19 per hour, depending on your performance and client metrics. You will also have access to additional incentives and bonuses, based on your performance and client satisfaction. Important Information
* Technology and Equipment Requirements: You will need a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, a wired USB headset with microphone, high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed, and a valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
- Work Environment Requirements: You will need a quiet, uninterrupted space, with an organized desk area.
- Residency Requirements: We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
