Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Category

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. You'll participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders, evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria, and develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to blithequark's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders

• Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to blithequark's policies and procedures
• Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
• Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicate and document to management the status of any critical external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
• Analyze market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current industry best practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Show proficiency with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services category sourcing

• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Knowledge of:

+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven proficiency with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory history is a plus

Required Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
