Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout their journey with blithequark
• Providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our technology
• Coordinating implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient deployment
• Monitoring project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks to ensure a smooth rollout process
• Gathering feedback and relaying insights to internal teams for continuous improvement and refinement of our customer success approach
• Ensuring customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a seamless deployment, including training and support resources
• Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers and providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions
• Following up with existing customers to ensure they stay happy and engaged throughout their subscription

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple, approachable way
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Tech-savvy with experience working with technology platforms and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Motivated to grow and excel in your role and responsibilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Flexible and willing to wear many hats, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with senior living communities is a plus, but not required

Work Details & Compensation

As a freelance, part-time, flexible role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule that fits your needs. The compensation for this role is $20-30 per hour, based on experience, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.
