About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you will utilize your technical expertise to drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
• Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and act on opportunities to drive growth, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data
• Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and partners

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
• Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical individuals
• 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals
