Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative – Insurance and Financial Services Team Member at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities to meet their needs
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs

• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
