Job Summary
As a Full Stack Java Software Engineer – Customer Systems Development, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex customer systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design and develop software solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise in Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy complex customer systems using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design software solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software systems
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and efficiency
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on customer systems development
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
