Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, and implementing retention strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention rates. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
  • Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active Property & Casualty License: A valid Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
  • Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex insurance data and develop effective solutions is critical for success in this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience with Allstate is preferred. Additionally, a strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulations is beneficial.
