Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.

- Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Active Property & Casualty License: A valid Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
- Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex insurance data and develop effective solutions is critical for success in this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office, is required.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, previous experience with Allstate is preferred. Additionally, a strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulations is beneficial.
