Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with blithequark for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and blithequark will not be responsible for providing benefits, including vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
