AR Representative

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented, highly effective, and hands-on Accounts Receivables Representative (“AR Representative”). This role will be involved with accounts receivable transactions and tasks.

This hire is for a 6 month Project.

Responsibilities and essential job functions

• Sending out and posting weekly invoices in Great Plains.
• Make any necessary changes to invoices in Great Plains.
• Record cash receipts in Great Plains.
• Send out customer statements as needed.
• Make collections calls to customers.
• Ad hoc projects and requests.

 Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience of involving the entire accounts receivable cycle.
• Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A self-motivated, proactive individuals who will not require significant oversight with a “get it done” approach and attitude.
• Ability to successfully work with all levels of the organization, including the executive team, middle management and peers.

• Creative problem-solving capabilities with a proven record of taking ownership of issues Experience within an entrepreneurial, high growth environment with lean resources is a plus.
• Great Plains experience is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
