Your Role in Shaping Customer Experiences

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide personalized support. Your passion for helping others, combined with your product knowledge and technical skills, will make you the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience.

A Typical Day with blithequark

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customers' questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new features and services

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, with high-speed internet (> 40mbps) for remote work
