Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with booking, flight changes, and other travel-related inquiries
  • Documenting and updating customer records in our system
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
