Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, mail processing, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our records and reports. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter sales data, update accounting records, and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) database

  • Process mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Provide administrative support to our accounting and sales departments
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

* Proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with cloud-based software and applications
