Job Overview: Remote Crisis Counselor Role

As a Remote Crisis Counselor at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals in need. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will maintain HIPAA compliance and focus, requiring a private office space. Your primary responsibilities will include speaking with consumers over the phone, connecting with people experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues, and building rapport and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and mitigate risk while managing documentation during calls

Essential Qualifications:

You must also reside in one of the following states: WA, OR, AZ, NM, MI, KS, IL, IN, GA, NC, MN, MD, TN, PA, OH, AL, or CO.
