Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Schedule and Flexibility
We understand that flexibility is essential for a work-life balance. As a blithequark contractor, you will have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You will have the freedom to choose your own hours, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal responsibilities.
Earnings and Revenue
As a blithequark contractor, you will earn a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on the client and your performance. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you will have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you will need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you will need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
