Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Efficiently processing customer applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing relevant information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action based on account status, utilizing strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Operating basic Microsoft Office and Email systems effectively, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies as needed.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also displaying strong interpersonal skills and maintaining a positive teamwork ethic.
  • Exhibiting attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities, with a high level of accuracy and quality in all work produced.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to operate basic software systems effectively.
  • Proven ability to perform scanning and typing tasks with accuracy, with a high level of attention to detail and quality in all work produced.
  • Experience in email correspondence, with good written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
