Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and provide solutions will be essential in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experience and revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer-focused mindset to deliver a positive customer experience and resolution

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
