Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
  • Utilize your home computer and internet connection to remotely answer inbound calls and chats
  • Assist individuals with customer-related support questions and issues
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Choose from a variety of shifts and hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to blithequark's standards and policies

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a dedicated home office setting with a computer, internet connection, and headset
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Internet download speed: 5Mbs minimum
  • Internet upload speed: 3Mbs minimum
  • Network latency: 250 MS maximum
  • Operating system: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • Must have a home office setup with an ethernet cord and a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall
  • Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable
