Job Overview

We're hiring a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic call center team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service support, solutions, and product information to our valued customers. With a competitive average hourly rate of $15 - $17, plus commission opportunities upon completion of training, this role offers a rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions via phone, email, or chat
  • Utilize effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the blithequark brand and promote our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with customers, business partners, and co-workers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support
  • Utilize multiple computer applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system, to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC skills, with the ability to work with multiple computer applications, including CRM systems
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays
  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive training program, which includes three weeks of full-time training, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 - 5:30pm EST
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, two monitors, a computer, and a USB headset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
